About Kisspeptin-10
Kisspeptin-10 is the C-terminal decapeptide of kisspeptin-54, the cleavage product of the KISS1 gene. The decapeptide retains binding to the kisspeptin receptor (KISS1R / GPR54) and has been the most-studied form in HPG-axis research.
Research interest centers on hypothalamic GnRH regulation, puberty onset, and reproductive endocrinology. The peptide is widely used as a tool compound in receptor-binding assays and in-vivo neuroendocrine models.
Each lot is independently verified for purity (HPLC + ESI-MS) and endotoxin (LAL kinetic chromogenic) before listing.
