01Research Use Only

All products supplied by Crescent Bioresearch LLC ("Crescent") are sold solely for in-vitro research, laboratory development, and analytical purposes. They are not intended for, and may not be used in:

• Human consumption, application, ingestion, injection, or administration of any kind;
• Veterinary or animal use of any kind;
• Diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease, condition, or symptom;
• Food, food additive, dietary supplement, or nutraceutical use;
• Cosmetic, personal-care, or topical-use products intended for any living person;
• Resale or transfer to any party who will use the product for any purpose other than research.

02Customer Representations

By placing an order with Crescent, the customer represents and warrants that:

1. Customer is at least eighteen (18) years of age;
2. Customer is purchasing the product(s) for in-vitro research and laboratory development purposes only;
3. Customer is, or represents an entity that is, a qualified researcher capable of safely handling research-grade materials in accordance with established laboratory practice;
4. Customer will not administer any product to humans or animals under any circumstances;
5. Customer will not redistribute, resell, gift, or transfer the product(s) to any party for human consumption, animal use, or any non-research purpose;
6. Customer is solely responsible for compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations governing the receipt, possession, handling, and use of research-grade materials in their jurisdiction;
7. Customer will store, handle, and dispose of all products in accordance with established laboratory safety practices and applicable hazardous-waste regulations.

03No Medical or Therapeutic Claims

Crescent does not make, and expressly disclaims, any representation or warranty regarding the safety, efficacy, or therapeutic value of any product for use in or on humans or animals. No statement made by Crescent on its website, in product literature, in correspondence, in marketing materials, or otherwise constitutes medical advice or a therapeutic claim.

Any references to scientific literature, peer-reviewed studies, or research findings are provided solely for academic and informational context. Such references describe research observations and do not constitute, and shall not be construed as, claims about the effects of any product when used outside of a research context.

04Not FDA-Approved

Products sold by Crescent are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration ("FDA") for any therapeutic use. Statements regarding products have not been evaluated by the FDA. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

05Assumption of Risk & Indemnification

Customer assumes all risk associated with the receipt, handling, storage, and use of products purchased from Crescent. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Crescent, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, costs, expenses, and liabilities (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:

• Customer's use of any product in violation of this Disclaimer;
• Customer's misrepresentation of the purpose of purchase;
• Any harm caused by customer's handling or administration of any product;
• Customer's violation of any applicable law or regulation.

06Checkout Acknowledgment

Each order placed with Crescent requires the customer to expressly acknowledge and accept the terms of this Disclaimer at checkout via affirmative consent (e.g., a checkbox confirming the customer's research-use status). Failure to acknowledge will prevent order completion.

07Right to Refuse

Crescent reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to refuse, modify, or cancel any order, in whole or in part, with or without reason and with or without notice. Crescent particularly reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders where it has reason to believe the products may be used in violation of this Disclaimer, applicable law, or established research-grade material handling practice.

08Related Policies

This Disclaimer is incorporated by reference into, and forms part of, Crescent's Terms of Service. Customers should also review Crescent's Shipping Policy, Returns Policy, and Privacy Policy, each of which forms part of the same overall agreement between the customer and Crescent.
